AmeriMade Realty is proud to announce that we have just opened our third office in Ohio to better serve our clients! 

Located in downtown West Unity, our new office address is 103 E Jackson St. - a building that has been synonymous with Real Estate for the past forty years.

 "Our goal was to make ourselves more accessible to our clients.  So we felt the best way to do that was to put ourselves in more locations throughout Northwest Ohio," said Misty King, Owner of AmeriMade Realty since February 2011.  "West Unity was a great choice for many reasons.  First, there was no longer any Real Estate offices in West Unity to serve those clients in the West Unity, Pioneer, Fayette, Stryker, Alvordton & Kunkle areas.   Second, we also now have agents licensed in Michigan, so West Unity was a great location to put us closer to our Michigan clients in the Morenci, Waldron & Pittsford areas." 

Aside from that, West Unity is a great community with a lively downtown area that has a lot of history for the King family.   Misty's husband - Matt King - grew up in West Unity and was a graduate of Hilltop High School.  Matt and his family own HKK Machining on Oak St. in West Unity.   His various cousins own King's Sleep Shop & Home Furnishings and Ken's Carwash, while his Aunt & Uncle own King's Wholesale.  

"When the opportunity came up to purchase the office on East Jackson Street in West Unity, it only seemed natural to pursue that option," Matt said.  "I'm excited to have an AmeriMade office here."
