Born and raised in the charming town of Bryan, Ohio, I have always believed in the transformative power of physical activity.  From a young age, I developed a deep love for soccer and played for my high school team, which not only honed my athletic skills but also instilled in me the values of teamwork, dedication, and perseverance. While sports have played a significant role in my life, my love for family is the foundation of who I am. I cherish the bonds with my loved ones and find immense joy in spending quality time together, creating lasting memories that will be cherished for a lifetime. Family gatherings and get-togethers are always filled with laughter, love and a strong sense of togetherness.

Alongside my passion for fitness and family, I have a keen interest in exploring the world through travel.
